Pine Cove is the smaller, more open campground on the Frisco peninsula, just past Peak One along the same access road from Highway 9. The Forest Service lists a $29 nightly single-site fee and a $9 per-vehicle day-use charge, and the sites sit close to the reservoir shoreline, which campers like for the views and accept for the wind. There is less tree cover here than at Peak One. The peninsula's trail network and the paved rec path are at your doorstep for leashed walks, and Frisco's Main Street is a few minutes away.
