Who reads this site

Trip planners

Dog owners choosing a trail, a patio, a cabin or a campground for the weekend, usually within a specific city or region. They arrive from searches like "dog friendly breweries Fort Collins" or "can dogs hike Mount Bierstadt" and want a straight answer on the rules.

People who need care this week

Owners searching for boarding, daycare, grooming or training in Denver, Colorado Springs, Boulder, Fort Collins, Aurora or Lakewood. They fill in one form describing their dog and expect replies from local providers.

Visitors from out of state

People bringing a dog to Breckenridge, Estes Park or Durango who have never dealt with Forest Service leash rules, altitude or a Colorado kennel's vaccine list. Our guides are where they land first.

The site covers 355 listings across Denver, Colorado Springs, Boulder, Fort Collins, Aurora, Lakewood, Arvada, Littleton, Golden, Evergreen, Breckenridge and Summit County, and Durango. We do not publish traffic figures we cannot back up; ask and we will share current Search Console numbers for the pages you are interested in.

Sponsored listings

For businesses that are already listed, or want to be. Placement changes; the description of your dog policy does not.

Rented service pages

Our 16 service × city pages, covering boarding, daycare, grooming and training across six Front Range cities, each carry a free quote form. By default, requests from a page go to independent local providers in that city. A page can instead be rented by a single provider: one provider per service per city, and every request from that page goes to you alone.

A rented page keeps its editorial content about what to expect in that city and still links to the free directory, so readers get the same honest picture. Your business is named on the page as the provider who replies, and the arrangement is disclosed.

Pricing is by inquiry and depends on the city and service. Tell us which page you are interested in through the contact form. Providers must hold the Colorado PACFA license their service requires; we will ask for the license number before a page goes live.

What we will not do

The site works because readers trust it. These rules protect that, and they apply to every advertiser.

  • No pop-ups, interstitials or auto-playing anything. Sponsored content lives in the listing grids and the city hubs, in the same card format as everything else, with a Featured label.
  • No ads on trail pages. Trail pages carry rules, distances and seasons. They stay clean.
  • No fake reviews, ratings or "voted best" claims. We do not publish ratings for anyone, paid or not, and we will not write one for you.
  • No rewriting your dog policy. We print what your own published source says. If your policy changes, update your site and we will update the listing.
  • No undisclosed placements. Every paid card says Featured. Every rented page says who replies.
  • No selling reader data. Quote requests go to the provider the reader asked for, and nowhere else.

Get in touch

Use the contact form and choose "Not sure yet" so the message comes to us rather than a provider. Tell us your business, the cities you serve and whether you are interested in a sponsored listing, a rented page or both. We reply within a few business days.
