The Bark Park at David A. Lorenz Regional Park is South Suburban's second official off-leash park, a two-acre enclosure on East County Line Road at the Littleton and Highlands Ranch border. The district lists separate areas for smaller and larger dogs, a lit shelter with picnic tables, benches and mountain views, and it is open 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. The same rules as Wynetka apply: licensed and vaccinated dogs only, no puppies under four months or dogs in season, small-dog side for dogs under 25 pounds, and a limit of three dogs per person. Outside the fence, South Suburban requires a six-foot leash everywhere.
