The Dam Brewery is Dillon's long-running brewpub, a full restaurant with house beers, a kids' menu, gluten-friendly and vegetarian options, and a 3 to 6 pm happy hour every day. It sits just off Highway 6 near the Dillon Dam Road, which makes it a natural finish to the paved loop around the reservoir. The brewery's website does not state a dog policy, and we could not confirm patio seating rules with the business, so treat it as call-ahead if you are bringing a dog.
