Twin Silo is the newest of Fort Collins' community parks, built around the two namesake grain silos on Ziegler Road in the southeast part of town. The city's page lists a dog park among the features and points to the east-side parking area as the one near the dog park and BMX track. Hours are the citywide 5 a.m. to 11 p.m., and the parks rules page allows off-leash dogs only within fenced, signed dog park areas. Its east-side lot keeps dog park traffic away from the main playground parking, and the park's other features are listed on the city page.
