Soft Gold is a neighborhood park on Hickory Street in north Fort Collins, a few blocks west of College Avenue. The city's page lists a dog park among features that run from a BMX pump track to a playground, and a photo shows the dog park sign. It is smaller and quieter than the Spring Canyon and Fossil Creek community parks, which makes it a reasonable choice for a dog that does not love a crowd. Standard city park hours of 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. apply, and off-leash play is limited to the fenced, signed area per the parks rules page.
