Rampart Park is a 78-acre community park next to Rampart High School in the Briargate area, and its fenced dog park sits just east of the baseball diamond. The park is open 5 am to 9 pm and also has a disc golf course, a BMX track modeled on the Beijing Olympic course, tennis and basketball courts and a roughly 0.8-mile loop path, with a connection to the Skyline Trail on the west side. Inside the enclosure the city's standard rules apply: leash until you are through the gate, one adult or teen 16-plus per party, no more than three dogs per person, muzzles for dogs with an aggression history, and no pinch collars.
