Petco Dillon – Grooming Salon
264 Dillon Ridge Way, Dillon, CO 80435
Full-service dog grooming salon inside the store; book online or by phone.
Summit County's grooming options both sit near the Dillon and Silverthorne I-70 exits rather than in Breckenridge itself.
Neither listed groomer is in Breckenridge proper; both are a short drive north by the interstate. Summit Groom Shop, the shop with the blue door on Little Beaver Trail in Silverthorne, serves Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco, Breckenridge and Keystone and posts its pricing plainly: full grooms from $100 including bath, blowout, deshed, nail trim and haircut, with walk-in nail trims available. Book online or by text. It carries a PACFA licensed tag.
The Petco grooming salon in Dillon Ridge Marketplace, just off I-70 at the Dillon exit, is the predictable option for a last-minute bath or nail trim on the way home from a ski weekend, bookable online or by phone. It does not show a PACFA tag in our records, so ask.
Winter is the grooming season here for a reason: Summit County roads carry de-icer and sand from November to April, and salt on paws and bellies is worth rinsing after every walk. Colorado licenses grooming facilities under PACFA, and rules updated in 2025 added vaccination recordkeeping at groomers.

Not among our listings. Both Summit Groom Shop in Silverthorne and the Petco salon in Dillon are about 15 to 20 minutes north of Breckenridge near I-70. Summit Groom Shop lists Breckenridge and Keystone among the towns it serves.
Roads and sidewalks carry de-icer and sand all winter, and salt irritates paw pads and bellies when licked off. A rinse after walks and periodic professional grooming helps, as does trimming paw fur so less ice and grit collects between the pads.
