CooperSmith's has anchored Old Town Square since 1989 with a brewpub on one side and a billiards hall on the other, and its two patios open straight onto the pedestrian plaza, which is prime people-and-dog watching. The brewpub is open 11 to 9 Sunday through Thursday and 11 to 10 Friday and Saturday; the pool side keeps evening hours.
