Animas Brewing is a family-friendly brewpub on East Second Avenue near the north end of downtown, a short walk from the Animas River Trail at Rotary Park. It pours house-made beers alongside Colorado wine and spirits, and the kitchen runs the same hours as the taproom with burgers, sandwiches and river chips. The brewery's website does not mention dogs or its patio, and we could not confirm a policy with the business, so call ahead before bringing a dog. Monday hours start at 3.
