Durango Pet Resort

Durango Pet Resort is a 7,500-square-foot boarding, daycare and grooming facility on Design Center Road north of town, describing itself as a Colorado state-accredited social boarding and daycare center for dogs and cats. Daycare dogs spend most of the day in supervised play yards split by size. Rabies, distemper-parvo and Bordetella vaccines are required with no exceptions, new clients sign a boarding agreement, and holiday stays take a $100 deposit. Daycare closes for Memorial Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks. Tours are offered by appointment except Sundays.
