Zeckendorf Plaza Dog Park is a small off-leash area in Zeckendorf Plaza Park at East 7th Avenue and Lincoln Street, on the Capitol Hill side of Broadway. It is listed by Denver Parks & Recreation as an official dog park and runs under the same rules as the rest of the system: Denver license, current rabies vaccination, spay/neuter or an Intact Permit, no more than two dogs per handler, and handlers must be 16 or older. The park is not listed as lighted, so it is open from sunrise to sundown. Its central location makes it a quick stop for Capitol Hill, Baker and Speer residents, and the Illegal Pete's patio on South Broadway is a short walk away.
