Fuller Dog Park is a neighborhood off-leash area inside Fuller Park in Whittier, at East 29th Avenue and Franklin Street, a few blocks north of City Park. Denver Parks & Recreation lists it among the city's official dog parks, so the standard rules apply: licensed, rabies-vaccinated dogs that are spayed or neutered or carry a Denver Intact Permit, handlers 16 and up, and no more than two dogs per person. It is not listed as lighted, which means sunrise-to-sundown hours. Being a smaller urban park, it tends to serve nearby residents on daily walks rather than destination visitors, and it is within walking distance of the RiNo brewery cluster for a leashed follow-up.
