Colorado Tap House sits where the Ralston Creek Trail passes under Joyce Street in west Arvada, with direct trail access, 70 bike spaces and a repair station, so a lot of guests arrive on foot or by bike with a dog in tow. The tap house pours Colorado-made beer, wine and spirits, serves light snacks, and hosts daily food trucks. Its site states that the lower patio and the games area are dog-friendly, while only service dogs may come inside; the upper patio and multiple indoor levels are for people. Five fire pits and garage doors keep the outdoor spaces usable most of the year, and it opens at 8:30 a.m. daily.
