Clear Creek RV Park is the City of Golden's own campground, wedged between Clear Creek and 10th Street a short walk from downtown. It has 22 full-hookup sites, 11 electric-only 50-amp sites, and a few tent sites, with restrooms, showers, laundry, and a dump station, and it stays open all year with both nightly stays and seasonal extended stays. The city's park rules allow dogs at RV sites on a leash, require tags and cleanup, and prohibit leaving a dog unattended outside; tent sites are pet-free. The Clear Creek Trail runs right past the gate, so morning walks with a dog are built in. Book online for RV sites; tent sites are booked by phone.
