The Armstrong is the boutique hotel on South College at the south end of Old Town, home to the Ace Gillett's cocktail lounge in the basement. Its policies page lays out the dog rules: a limited number of dog-friendly rooms, up to two dogs per bedroom, a 100-pound limit, a $75 charge per stay, and no dogs left alone in the room. Each dog gets a Pendleton bed, a bowl and local treats, and the front desk can point you to daycare if you need a dog-free afternoon. Cruiser bikes are available for guests.
