Stodgy is the northwest Fort Collins neighborhood taproom on Laporte Avenue, brewing with Colorado-grown ingredients and built around a spacious outdoor patio and lots of cozy indoor seating. It is one of the few breweries in town that puts "friendly dogs welcome inside and out" on the homepage, and the policies page backs it up: leashed, calm, quiet dogs can be anywhere, barkers and aggressive dogs will be asked to leave, and no other animals are permitted. Hours are 1 to 9 Monday through Thursday, noon to 10 Friday, 11 to 10 Saturday and 11 to 8 Sunday. It is a short ride from the Poudre Trail and City Park, which makes it a natural post-walk stop.
