New Belgium Brewing – Liquid Center

New Belgium's Fort Collins mothership sits at the end of Linden Street by the Poudre River trail, and its tasting room, the Liquid Center, is open daily from noon to 8. The brewery's help-center page spells out the pet rules: well-behaved dogs are welcome inside the Liquid Center on a six-foot hand-held leash with their person at all times, they cannot join tours, and the brewery frequently hosts large events and live music that may be stressful, so check the calendar first. Staff may ask you to give a stressed dog a break and return another day. There is a guest lot on Linden Center Drive plus street parking.
