Bicentennial Park is a 35-acre city park in central Aurora with a reservable shelter and, in its northeast corner, a roughly one-acre fenced off-leash dog area. The city's park listing confirms the off-leash park, and Visit Aurora notes you reach it from the Bayaud and Potomac entrance, just north of the pond, where there is a bag station, a trash can and a single entry gate. It is open dawn to dusk and free. This is a quick, practical run rather than a destination: grass and dirt, benches, no water, so bring your own. It works well for residents near Alameda and Potomac who need a legal off-leash option close to home.
