Cactus Jack's Saloon & Grill

Cactus Jack's is the old roadhouse saloon in downtown Evergreen on Highway 73, with live music most weekends and a creekside patio that hangs over Bear Creek. Reviews on dog-travel sites consistently describe leashed dogs at the outdoor tables, water delivered without asking, and even a dedicated dog menu, but the bar's own website was unreachable and the Downtown Evergreen business listing does not mention pets, so we are treating the policy as reported rather than confirmed. Call ahead, and note that the patio is tight, so a large dog may be a squeeze on a busy night. The menu runs to wings, burgers, wraps, and salads, and the crowd is a mix of locals, bikers, and hikers.
