Rayback Collective

Rayback is Boulder's food-truck park and taphouse on Valmont Road, a warehouse-style taphouse with a big outdoor yard, fire pits, lawn games and a rotating lineup of trucks. "Dogs Welcome" is printed right on the homepage next to the food park and taphouse banners, and the site's own photos show pups lounging on the patio by the barrels. The taphouse pours Colorado beer, cider and cocktails, and there is coffee in the morning since doors open at 8 on weekdays. Each month a local nonprofit gets a share of sales. It is an easy, low-pressure spot for a dog that likes people and a group that cannot agree on dinner.
