The Colorado Springs KOA is actually in Fountain, off I-25 about 15 minutes south of downtown, with RV sites, tent sites and cabins. Third-party campground listings describe the pet setup as leashed dogs and cats welcome at campsites at no extra cost while owners are on site, a maximum of two pets in select cabins and lodges for $25 per pet per stay, pets never left alone in a unit, a steep cleaning charge for unregistered pets, and a fenced leash-free dog park on the grounds. KOA's own pages for this campground would not load for us, so confirm fees and cabin eligibility by phone before you book.
