Lariat Lodge Brewing Company (Evergreen)

Lariat Lodge was Evergreen's first brewpub when it opened on Halloween 2015, perched on a cliffside above Bear Creek just off Highway 74 near Hiwan Hills. The brewery's about page says each of its locations has outdoor patio seating that is dog-friendly, and the homepage describes ample outdoor seating with dog-friendly areas, so a leashed dog on the deck with a Bear Creek view is the standard move here. The kitchen is a full pub operation with smoked wings, schnitzel, burgers, and a kids' menu, and the fryers use beef tallow. Reservations run through OpenTable. It is a few minutes from Evergreen Lake and the Three Sisters trailheads, which makes it the obvious post-hike stop.
