Evergreen's brewery options follow Bear Creek: one perched above it in town, one at the canyon's mouth in Morrison.
Lariat Lodge Brewing was Evergreen's first brewpub when it opened on Halloween 2015, set on a cliffside above Bear Creek off Highway 74 near Hiwan Hills. The brewery's about page says each location has outdoor patio seating that is dog-friendly, and water bowls are part of the setup. Inside is not mentioned, so plan on the patio.
Fifteen miles down the canyon, Red Rocks Beer Garden fills a 2,500-square-foot patio behind an 1870 cottage in downtown Morrison, in the shadow of the amphitheatre. Leashed dogs are welcome on the patio and the about page says to ask at the bar for a dog treat. It pours only Colorado-made beer.
Both policies are confirmed from the businesses' own sites. Everything in between is unincorporated Jefferson County, where dogs must be leashed or securely confined at all times off your property, and Jeffco Open Space trails such as Elk Meadow and Lair o' the Bear require a leash of ten feet or less. Evergreen has no off-leash park since Elk Meadow's closed in 2017.

The brewery's own page confirms dog-friendly outdoor patio seating with water bowls, but says nothing about the indoor dining room, so plan on the patio. The Evergreen location sits above Bear Creek off Highway 74, which makes it a natural stop after a leashed hike at Elk Meadow.
Yes. Leashed dogs are welcome on the 2,500-square-foot patio behind the 1870 cottage in downtown Morrison, and the beer garden invites you to ask at the bar for a dog treat. The policy is stated on the business's own about page.
Nowhere nearby. Elk Meadow's 107-acre off-leash area closed in April 2017 and the only sanctioned off-leash park in unincorporated Jefferson County is Beaver Ranch Park in Conifer. On Jeffco Open Space trails, leashes must be ten feet or shorter, with a $75 fine.
