Manitou Brewing Company is the brewpub in the middle of Manitou Avenue, in the middle of the town's shops and mineral springs. It brews its own beer and runs a full kitchen with burgers, sandwiches and pretzel bites, which makes it a practical lunch stop after the Incline, Red Mountain or Barr Trail. Directory listings and visitor reviews describe a dog-friendly patio with water bowls, but the brewery's website does not post a pet policy, so treat dogs as patio-only and call before you go. Parking in Manitou is tight on weekends, so build in extra time.
