Dog policy
Attention-based training that uses a remote collar 'tap' as a cue, with a puppy program, day training packages, board-and-train stays and monthly refresher classes.
Confirmed from the business's or agency's own published policy · last checked 2026-10-24.
Sit Means Sit's Fort Collins and Loveland franchise works out of a facility on East Lincoln Avenue and specializes in basic obedience, off-leash control, aggression, anxiety and boundary issues. The method is the company's attention-based system, which uses a remote electronic collar and treats its "tap" as a cue to pay attention; the site describes it as safe and adjustable, and owners who prefer reward-only training should ask about it up front. Programs include a Jumpstart Puppy Program, "Well Mannered Dog" and "Super Dog" day-training packages, immersion board-and-train stays and monthly refreshers for clients. Evaluations are free and financing is offered.
