Chow Down Pet Supplies (Evergreen)

Chow Down Pet Supplies is the independent pet store on Bergen Parkway in Bergen Park, and the back of the shop doubles as Evergreen's most convenient grooming stop. Full grooming for dogs and cats is by appointment, booked by phone, with the price quoted when the groomer sees the animal; the staff build in breaks to keep nervous pets calm. The self-serve wash gives you a private station for 30 minutes with natural shampoo, conditioner, brushes, towels, and drying stations, and the store cleans up afterward. Appointments for the wash are suggested but not required. The store also stocks raw and premium kibble and delivers locally. It holds PACFA licenses for both grooming and a self-wash facility.
