Stoney's Uptown Joint is the 17th Avenue sibling of the original Stoney's on Lincoln Street, a sports-bar-meets-neighborhood-grill with a sizable patio along Restaurant Row. Local roundups describe the patio as dog friendly, but the restaurant's own website does not post a pet policy, so we have left it unconfirmed; call before you bring a dog, especially on game days when the patio fills early. The location is handy for Uptown and City Park West residents, with weekend brunch starting mid-morning and kitchen hours running late. If the patio does welcome your dog, the sidewalk seating faces a busy street, so a settled, leash-savvy dog will be most comfortable.
Policies change. Check with the business before you go, and tell us if something here is out of date.
