Koru K9 is a California-based company that offers board-and-train in Denver through trainers who host dogs in their own homes rather than a kennel. Its Denver page describes programs of three to eight weeks built for moderate to severe behavior problems, with field trips to city sidewalks and parks, GPS collars, crating when unattended, photo and video updates twice a week and a go-home lesson at the end. Pricing in the FAQ runs from $3,900 for three weeks to $6,800 for six. The company is open that it uses balanced training, including low-level e-collars and prong collars, which some owners will want to weigh carefully. Contact goes through the main office on Pacific time.
